2 Minute Read:
To our best knowledge, Dr. Friedman currently performs more male nipple reductions than any other surgeon in the United States.
Why do so many men choose Dr. Friedman?
1. Experience
He has been practicing plastic surgery for 26 years and performed nipple reductions on over 40 men last year alone (about half of whom flew in or drove in from other states).
Practice doesn’t make perfect, but it sure makes better.
2. Not Much Competition
Most plastic surgeons seem unfamiliar with the procedure and feel much more comfortable performing surgery for gynecomastia (enlarged male breasts) than for enlarged male nipples (i.e., Dr. Friedman doesn’t have much competition for this procedure).
3. Simple Techniques, Big Reward
Dr. Friedman’s technique for male nipple reduction is straightforward with the removal of a wedge of skin and underlying tissue from the central nipple, enabling reduction of nipple size by anywhere from 70 to 90 percent.
Most guys don’t want their nipples “a little smaller.” They want them way smaller.
4. No General Anesthesia
The procedure is done under local anesthesia, so you can drive yourself home or back to the airport.
5. Postoperative Care Is Easy
Postoperative care is simple: apply antibiotic ointment and band-aids until the stitches absorb (about two weeks). Don’t work out for the first week, and don’t work out your chest for two weeks. After that, it’s game on.
6. No Visible Scars
The vast majority of men have no visible scars. (Chicks may dig scars, but not on your nipples.)
